Comprehensive Printing Solutions With Expert Craftsmanship

Silk Screen Printing
Printing ink is pushed through a stencil on a mesh screen onto the fabric. It gives vivid colors and strong wash durability. Very cost‑effective for medium to large quantities and widely used for bold streetwear graphics.
DTG
DTG uses a digital printer to spray ink directly onto finished garments, like printing a photo. Best for small runs and complex, full‑color or gradient designs. No screens needed, but per‑piece cost is higher than screen printing.
Heat Transfer Printing
The design is first printed onto transfer paper or vinyl, then transferred to the garment using heat and pressure. Great for detailed, multi‑color, small‑area graphics and personalization (names, numbers), but large areas can feel less breathable.
Embroidery
Embroidery uses threads stitched by computerized machines onto fabric, including flat and 3D embroidery. It gives a premium, textured look, ideal for logos and emblems on streetwear pieces like caps, hoodies, and jackets.
Appliqué & Patches
Appliqué and patches are separate fabric pieces or embroidered badges applied to garments by sewing or heat. They create strong layering and a bold street vibe, often used for big letters, logos, and graphic patches.
Garment Washing & Distressing
After sewing, garments are washed or treated (enzyme wash, stone wash, sanding, whiskers, rips, etc.) to create vintage and worn‑in looks. This is a core technique for denim and fleece streetwear.
Puff Print / 3D Rubber Printing
Puff print uses special expanding or high‑density inks in screen printing that rise when cured, creating a raised 3D effect. Popular for logos and lettering, giving a “puffy” or rubber‑block feel that’s highly favored in modern US/EU streetwear.
Garment Dyeing / Pigment Dyeing
Garments are fully sewn first, then dyed as whole pieces (often pigment or sulfur dyes on cotton fleece and tees). This creates washed‑out, slightly uneven tones and a vintage look, with each piece a bit unique. It’s a signature finish for relaxed US/EU streetwear hoodies and tees.
